I am a Dutch guy at the age of 32. I can be characterized as a trustworthy, responsible, innovative, independent, pro-active, team player that strives for perfection and always looks for new challenges!

What does Herman do all day

In my daily job I am responsible for creating packages of software to be able to be deployed through Microsoft SMS / SCCM to systems. Also, I participate in projects to deploy new applications or migrate networks along with their systems in an automated way. Furthermore I'm specialized troubleshooting, developing solutions for about everything that has to do with Microsoft Windows or Network Infrastructure services.

What Herman's head is like when it comes to knowledge and experience

I am well known with lots of Microsoft products from which I’m specialized in: all Windows NT Server and Workstation Operating Systems, Network Infrastructure services and architecture (ADS/DNS/WINS/DHCP/ISA), Virtual Server 2005 & Virtual PC 200x, Hyper-V, Automated Deployment Services, Remote Installation Services / Windows Deployment Services, Systems Management Server and System Center Configuration Manager. To add to the latter I’m very experienced with Wise scripting & Wise packaging, Windows Installer Technology. Whereas I also develop value add solutions and tools for Microsoft products to enhance management and user experience by means of programming using VB .Net / Script, ASP, Wise / AutoIt v3 scripting. Also, migrating Windows NT systems from physical to virtual or vice versa using VMWare or Virtual Server is no problem for me.Currently, I'm participating in Microsoft's Technology Adoption Programs to test, report bugs and get up to speed with the new technology that is arround the corner.

Does Herman have any hobbies besides working all day

Now this is a tricky section as my hobbies turn out to be also related to my work. Like tweaking consumer routers to run other operating systems, like DD-WRT firmware based on Linux, to turn them into professional networking devices at low cost or building websites like this one based on Joomla.
But what can I say… I like listening to music, go to (trance) parties, watch movies, drive my motorcycle.

Is there time left to undertake sports or physical movement of certain body parts

I used to swim 2-3 times a week, but due to eardrum infections in my youth years that has become a little left behind, thus I try to spare my hearing from becoming worse. This of course is a bad excuse for not trying it anyway, so I am now at it 1 time a week in the water once again.
